Subbuteo Making a Comeback

subbuteoAssuming that it actually went away, social subbuteo is making a comeback.

Subbuteo is a finger-flicking game of tabletop football (soccer to you American blokes), cricket, or rugby, now over 60 years old. You can collect little figures of all your popular teams. Hasbro UK currently makes the many subbuteo products.

Undoubtedly the fan devotion to subbuteo has always remained, but online sites such as Facebook have been instrumental in bringing these fans together in new ways. It was one of the recommended games by the UK’s Daily Record this holiday season.
