Imagigrafx a printing company in Kalamazoo, MI, has joined the board game manufacturing game, and is ready to produce board and card games.

They can do everything, including artwork from your sketches. Minimum suggested print run is 10,000 1,000. Update: Ben Clark, Director of Game Development, tells me that they’re lowering the minimum suggested print run, as they would like to capture “the small press market”.
