Fat Dragon Games has begun releasing the paper terrain products for Call of Cthulhu that we mentioned to you earlier. The first is a shrine to Cthulhu with a giant statue, altar, ceremonial stones, and eight miniature figures.

Jonathan Leistiko has been giving away his ideas as print-and-play games through Invisible City Productions for more than a year. Now Alderac Entertainment Group will be publishing his design for a cooperative card game with a Flash Gordon-style theme. In The Isle of Doctor Necreaux players work together to stop the evil doctor from building a doomsday device.

I wanted to take a serious moment to mention a charity auction going on over at BoardGameGeek. The auction is for one of the member’s duaghter who was critically injured during an incident at home and is in need of some very expensive treatment. In response, publishers, retailers and members of the BGG community have posted over 200 items with all proceeds going to CiCi’s treatment. The auction ends tonight and there are many rare items available – its a great cause with some great items .
