There are several games based on George R.R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire series of novels, and supplements were released for two of them recently. There is Peril at King’s Landing, an adventure for Green Ronin’s Song of Ice and Fire roleplaying game. In this one, the characters are called to join the Game of Thrones but find trouble just trying to get there. The other is the first house-specific expansion for Fantasy Flight’s A Game of Thrones card game. Kings of the Sea includes a Greyjoy deck, Kings and Queens from several other houses, and some neutral cards.

Last Ice is an interactive board game prototype from User System Interaction at the University of Technology, Eindhoven (The Netherlands).

Don’t know the rules from the vid. It may have been designed with some cooperation from Philips Research (the folks who didn’t give us the Entertaible), as they have a number of other electronic gaming projects going on with them.
