Kenneth Johnson, creator of Phase 10, has settled his lawsuit with Fundex. Kenneth alleges that, after Fundex acquired The Great American Puzzle Company, with which Kenneth had a license agreement concerning branding and royalties for his game, Fundex did not live up to the terms of the contract. Furthermore, Fundex would not tell him how many units of the game were actually sold. (source)

Phase 10 is the second best selling dedicated-deck card game (over 33 million sold), after Mattel’s Uno.
