The Prague Mind Sports Festival opens December 1st, featuring a high-tech Scrabble set that cost more than £20,000 to build. Each letter tile in the set has an embedded RFID tag, which is read both by the game board and the player racks. With this technology, event organizers will broadcast live game progress online in a recreation of the board easier for viewers at home to follow.

But tile tracking isn’t the only high-end feature of this Scrabble game. The board is built on a turntable with a carbon-fiber finish and an integrated RGB controlled LED lighting system.

In addition to Scrabble, other tournaments taking place at the festival include Bridge, Backgammon, Risk, Poker, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, and League of Legends.
