TAG (or “Terrorist Attack Game“) claims to be a “fast moving strategic card game.” As far as I can tell from the rules, though, the only decision a player makes is whether to join the “terrorist” side or the “anti-terrorist” side. After that, the game’s a lot of straight dice rolling to determine training cards, equipment cards, vehicle cards, weapon cards, and then who wins the fight. The winner of each fight keeps the opponent’s character card and the winner of the game is the one who’s collected all the character cards. Sort-of like War but with dice to mix up the cards a bit.
