ascensionStone Blade Entertainment just released Ascension: Rise of the Vigil, a new standalone deckbuilding game in the Ascension series that can also be combined with the original set to play up to 6 players.

This new release introduces Treasure cards which unlock abilities for Heroes and Constructs.

As far as deckbuilding games go, I’ve always really liked Ascension, and I’m glad to see it’s still being supported.

This should be on shelves now for around $39.99.
