Welcome to Purple Pawn, covering games played around the world by billions of people every day.
After an unsuccessful Kickstarter campaign, Luke Laurie of Cosmic Wombat Games has released Stones of Fate as a print-and-play title in hopes of generating interest for a relaunch.
The game contains 78 cards, but is only played with sets of 9. Players are placing stones around the borders of the cards to try and win them. Some cards also have special powers that come into play once they are flipped over. From what I’ve seen, it looks pretty easy to pick up.
I suggest taking a look over the rules, then downloading the game and giving it a shot if it looks like something you’d be interested in.
