I just returned from a week of business in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where I enjoyed exploring three brick-and-mortar game stores: Wizards Asylum, Castle Comics & Games, and The Original Game Shop of Tulsa. I don’t know about you, but when I travel, I like to visit local game shops. It’s not that I can’t find something more infused with local culture to do—in Tulsa, I highly recommend the Philbrook museum—it’s just that what better way is there to meet people and make friends than spending time together involved in a shared hobby?
Unfortunately, none of these three Tulsa stores have a presence on the web. If you’re in town, try the old fashioned Yellow Pages.
