Chaosium is offering a special, one time printing, of the Call of Cthulhu Roleplaying Game (6th Edition) to celebrate its 30th anniversary (1981-2011) of immersing roleplayers in the Cthulu mythos by HP Lovecraft.

The 320 page rulebook would be covered by a 3mm leatherette hardcover, with the front cover and spine stamped with gold foil wordings. The interior pages are printed in black ink while the binding is thread sewn and square backed.

Each book would be barcoded that would be stuck on the shrink wrap so as not to damage the cover. This Call of Cthulhu special collector’s edition would be sold at $64.95.

The Call of Cthulhu Roleplaying Game, which uses the Chaosium Basic Roleplaying System, has sold more than 300,000 copies worldwide and won dozens of game industry awards over the years.

In 1996, Call of Cthulhu was elected to the Academy of Adventure Game Design Hall of Fame and was voted as #1 Gothic/Horror RPG of All Time by the GamingReport.com community in 2003.
