Releasing October 7th, the Legendary Decks II box contains three complete 43-card Decks: Yugi, Joey, and Kaiba. Cards such as: Exodia, the Forbidden One, Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Dark Burning Attack, Dark Burning Magic, and Eternal Soul are included in the 132 cards contained in the set. MSRP will be $29.99.
October 21st will bring two new Structure Decks. Structure Deck: Yugi Muto and Structure Deck: Seto Kaiba will each contain 40-card main decks and a 5-card extra Deck, for a total of 40 Commons, 3 Super Rares, and 2 Ultra Rares. These are a deal at a MSRP of $9.99.
I must have missed the press release in my email the other day, so I’m sorry for the lateness on this one! The Yu-Gi-Oh! Master of Pendulum Structure Deck hit shelves on December 4th, and takes full advantage of the Pendulum cards we’ve seen in the game for a while now. The 43 card deck includes: 38 Common Cards, 2 Ultra Rare Cards, 3 Super Rare Cards, 1 Dueling Guide, 1 Rulebook and 1 Deluxe Game Mat, and utilizes every aspect of the Pendulum. I received a copy of the deck a few days ago, and it played very well against the Synchron Exreme Structure Deck.
The Master of Pendulum is only $9.99 and, like the other Structure decks, is a step up from Starter Decks, adding the more complicated aspects of the game in.
As far as which of the newer Structures Decks to get? I enjoy Master of Pendulum more than Synchron Exreme, but getting both, especially for newer players, is a great idea.
