If You Look Closely, You Can Find the Good Stuff

The Kansas City Star has an article about the express versions of modern board games: Monopoly Express, Scrabble Express, etc. This is last year’s news.

But if you look at the little endnotes (a sidebox in the paper, I believe) entitled “5 games speedy you probably never heard of”, you’ll find recommendations for Carcassonne, Citadels, Through the Desert, Ticket to Ride, and Zooloretto.

These are some gem games. Someone at KSS is on the ball.
