Board, card, and roleplaying game publisher Atlas Games is set to be acquired by PDF game publisher Ronin Arts within a year.

According to Atlas Games’ press release, this sale was brought about in an effort to adapt to the online marketplace. I think we can assume from this that Ronin will be converting Atlas’s games to PDF format in the near future.

(Note: It’s also possible that this is an April Fool’s joke. Update: it is indeed an April Fool’s prank.)
