Posted by David Miller as Modern Board Games
The official blog of Osprey Publishing, producer of graphically rich military history books frequently used by war gamers and miniatures enthusiasts, Thursday reviewed the controversial board game, War on Terror. Undaunted by a game labeled by its own developers as “sick” and “subversive,” Osprey found the game to be unique in its approach to avoiding player elimination. Those who fall too far behind as Empires can finish off the game as Terrorists.
By the way, check this page at the official War on Terror website for a picture of soldiers in Baghdad playing the game.
