The designer of Blurt, Tim Walsh, recounts the publishing history of his game on his blog, Seize the Play. In addition, he bemoans the fact that, though a new, better edition of Blurt is now available for only $30, some fans had to pay upwards of $100 to get previous editions.
As a result, he’s decided to offer a free copy of the new edition to anyone who paid $50 or more for a previous edition in the past three years while is was out of print.
