Lo Yo! from sggc Pfun was one of the top board games in Chicago Tribune for the holiday season (it’s actually a card game), and, at that point, was the only one not available on Amazon; it is now.
The rules on the site are available in Spanish, and in English in a picture too small to read; so I’m not entirely sure how it plays. But the idea is to get the lowest scoring hand and shout when you think you have it, so it sounds a lot like Rat-a-Tat-Cat. It supposedly took 17 years to develop.
