Summer is here, and I’m getting too many events to warrant individual posts for each one, so here goes (some may get additional posted information, later):

A rival to the World Boardgaming Championships, the Mind Sports Olympiad is 11 days in London starting August 21.

The summer ACBL Bridge Nationals are happening right now, and nearly over, in fact. The World Teams Championships, now held every two years, is scheduled for the end of this month and beginning of next in Brazil.

Gen Con is coming up in 10 days. You’ll probably hear more about that on this site.
