Welcome to Purple Pawn, covering games played around the world by billions of people every day.
Gary Sproul of Fort Collins, Colorado has setup a game cafe with a great theme. The coffee house is setup with a Victorian gothic theme, and doubles as a gamer’s haven.
Sproul got the idea for the game cafe while waiting in line for The Haunted Mansion ride at Disneyland. Everything from the decor down to the menu items have spooky names.
While he’s got a stack of all sorts of games to play, it’s certainly fitting to see people playing A Touch of Evil or Arkham Horror.
You can checkout The Haunted Game Cafe at their website, Twitter feed, or Facebook page.

Thanks for the mention! And Arkham Horror and Touch of Evil are very popular. We’ve also got Gloom and Last Night on Earth in the Open Game Library. (We’ll even play the soundtrack over the cafe stereo for you.)
p.s. Where it says, “Collins got the idea” is a mis-print. We’re located in Fort Collins Colorado.
Oops! I’ve fixed the typo.
Looks like a great place! Keep up the great work!
