Matt Leacock, designer of the massive hit cooperative game Pandemic, will release a new game called Forbidden Island through Gamewright in February. Fans of the earlier game will notice Matt’s signature in the new one: player characters, each with a special ability, have to find and retrieve four treasures from an island before the island sinks.

From Gamewright we can expect the game to get a wide distribution. And the MSRP is set to only $16.
