Sggc Evolution Earth Games doesn’t appear to have a web site has a website (thanks, Victor). They have a YouTube channel, and they publish their game via The Game Crafter.

The game is Evolution Earth: Cataclysm, and it’s a deck building game ala Dominion and Thunderstone, themed around world building and species evolution. It appears to have somewhat more player interaction, however, through cards that attack your opponents’ species.

The game and rules are also free to print and play.
