Not a Monopoly clone (San Clemente actually doesn’t have one, yet, as far as I know), but local teacher Beth Yamamoto has created a trivia game for her home town of San Clemente.

Perhaps nothing special, but for the life of me I can’t figure out what the flip-flips are doing in the box.
