Quadrivium is a four-piece group that performs Medieval music on Medieval instruments. One of their latest pieces is “The Devil Made the Game“, music inspired by three decks of playing cards: two 15th century decks from two of the earliest printers, and a Japanese card game based on waka poems.

They will be performing at St Nicholas’ Collegiate Church on Friday May 28 at 8.30pm at the Galway Early Music Festival, Ireland.
