Fischer-Spassky Tournament Chess Set for Sale

Meanwhile, while Bobby Fischer’s corpse is exhumed from his grave, you can get your hands on one of the three tables/sets on which Fischer and Spassky played their famous 1972 games. The set is for sale from one of Fischer’s former friends, Einar S. Einarsson.
The table is signed by both of the players.

Are you able to indicate what the lowest is you would accept. Is the table and Chess Set pieces the exact ones they played with in their 1972 Games? Do you know what kind of wood makes up the chess squares and table?
There were only two chess sets used at the 1972 World Chess Championship: one set for the 3rd game only, and another set for all the other games which is now in possession of The Chess Memorial Museum in Reykjavik. the other chess set was given to Guomundur Thorarinsson.
This above cannot be either.
