Blue Panther is looking for a small game to produce this summer. Rather than simply announcing that it is looking for a small game design for this summer, BP is running a small game design contest, in which the winning design (or designs) will be published. From the wording in the release, it looks like they’re committed to publish at least one of the winning entries, regardless of quality.
Runner ups will receive the play-testing package that BP created to test the game. Since, you know, they no longer need it.
No relation to the other BP.
The playtest package prizes are for any game… not necessarily the game submitted. Blue Panther usually charges around $50 for this service, depending on the actual components.
