Sid Meier’s Civilization: The Board Game is the latest in a long line of games to share the name Civilization but is unrelated to any of those others, other than by theme. This one, inspired by the Civ V computer game, is the first from Fantasy Flight Games, features six civilizations, and offers four ways to win: by amassing the greatest wealth, being the first to achieve space flight, bringing culture to the world, or conquering an opponent’s capital.
