A scant few weeks after reaching a settlement with Phase 10’s designer over unpaid royalties, Indianapolis-based Fundex has sold its bestselling game Phase 10 to Mattel. Phase 10 is the second best selling card game, dwarfed only by Uno, also owned by Mattel.
In an unrelated deal, Mattel has bought iMAGiNiff from Australia’s Blue Opal.
