We did mention these before. But now that I’ve had a chance to look at them in person… actually, Fruitominoes is still just Dominoes with pictures of fruit instead of black dots. But Zip-It isn’t exactly dice based. True, the pieces look like dice, but they aren’t used for rolling random letters. Instead, each player takes 12 cubes and, at the call of go, uses any side of those cubes to form one integrated crossword. The first person to use all 12 scores a point. The game is played to 10 points, which in a cute twist are tracked with zippers on the game’s bag.
