Gold is a card game by Michael Schacht from Abacus. It’s a filler card game in the Knizia style: cards in six colors are flipped up, and you can use your cards to swap for other cards, trying to gain points in all colors (or the most in as many colors as possible).
Also on the horizon (March in Europe, April by Rio Grande in the US) is Airlines Europe by Alan Moon. Alan Moon designed Airlines a long time ago, and since then he’s designed some rather famous train games, including Union Pacific and the Ticket to Ride series. Airlines Europe promises to be a successor to both the original game and Union Pacific, but lighter and more streamlined.
