The Ashcroft House by Buddy Epling of Rook Stone is an elaborate card stock haunted house at 1/64th scale for 25 mm minis.

The delivery is print-and-play instructions on CD, including the house, outbuildings, fence, over 100 pieces of furniture, and 40 figures. The CD also includes a walk-through and a 60 page 2nd edition AD&D module set in Ravenloft, “A Night in the Ashcroft House”.

Buddy also carves a mean jack-o-lantern, with pictures of his carvings on the site.
