The Art of Service, designed by Fred Sirieix and published by Northgate Training Games, is a pricey board game tool to teach service principles to restaurant wait staff.

The box includes two games. The first is a Memory game, where the matching cards are questions about service goals. The second is a roll and move game where you pick cards containing situations that you must deal with.
