Take Ticket To Ride, arrange the board in radiating spokes, replace the pieces with “gems”, give it a Baha’i theme, and change the scoring, and you have Gems of Virtues by Bob Picker Jr. of sggc P. G. Games.
Your job is to collect the cards required to make paths between virtues on the board using various colored gems. On your turn you can either draw gem cards, or connect a virtue, or draw a path card. At the end, you score for connecting virtues, completing path cards, using all your gems, or connecting the most virtues.

This game is SUCH a rip-off of Ticket to Ride. Perhaps the maker should get some virtues himself. Originality will take you much further in life.
