Kiumbes is a game and story package created by people in the Kenyan village of Tabaka and sold to people in the Czech Republic. The package is the result of a project intended to a) provide work that that people in the Kenyan village could do and b) provide an interesting gift that the people in the Czech Republic might want to buy. The project was coordinated by ShineBean, a humanitarian and development organization.

The package contains a game, clay figures, and a booklet with a comic using traditional Kenyan crafts. The game was designed by Radka Lomičková and Jakub Těšínský of (or connected to) Czech Board Games. I don’t see any online rules; there are secret alliances and some kind of RPS mechanic using bidding chips. More information (in Czech) is here. Available for purchase here.
