Mieses Karma, a Kosmos game by Matthias Cramer (Glen More), is a game where everyone starts dead, reincarnated as an ant. Your goal is to die and reincarnate, again and again, until you become human … and die.

The game is inspired by the book Bad Karma by David Safier, a novel about a woman who must undergo a series of reincarnations to work out her own bad karma. The game play involves some kind of card set collection (matching symbols between cards). Rules available here, in German.
