Second Look—Kaijudo: Invasion Earth

As I get more and more into Kaijudo, the more and more I can see the appeal of how light it is, yet deep it can get.

The Invasion Earth set is another solid set, this time with corrupted creatures which can be affected by other cards in both positive and negative ways. The competitive deck, Choten’s Army, takes full advantage of these affects and packs in a lot of powerful cards to boot.

My only complaint about the deck is the lack of blocker cards, though if played well you really shouldn’t need too many of those. It’s all about speed, power, and status affects.
