Continuing the saga began October 2007, wherein U.S. Chess Federation member Samuel Sloan sued famed players and members Susan Polgar and her husband Paul Truong for allegedly faking sexually explicit postings in order to discredit him, and Polgar filed a couter-suit alleging slander, this week the federation filed suit to remove Polgar and Truong from their board.
Ms Polgar’s lawyers argue that the suit should be thrown out because it wasn’t initiated by the full board.
Along the way, their were also allegations of stolen emails and subpoenaed ISPs.
