Steaming Over Steam: Part 2

Just when you thought the situation over Age of Steam couldn’t get any weirder (you remember the ordeal, right? Publisher & designer have a fight over game, both publish competing variations, board game community splits into warring factions…), FRED Distribution (the aforementioned publisher) has sued Martin Wallace (the designer) over breach of contract for (1) creating a variant game that isn’t theirs and (2) not completing a game they commissioned from him.
