This is incorrect. No charges have ever been filed against me. In fact, no official has ever contacted me. I clearly stated under oath that I had nothing to do with this. Mr. Alexander was simply an unpaid volunteer developer and moderator of the Chess Discussion website, not multiple sites. He was also the webmaster of the College Chess website but that is owned by the USCF, not me. There are multiple additional mistakes in the recent filing but it is not my place to point them out.
Please correct the facts.
Thank you.
Susan Polgar
Iowa is abbreviated IA, not IO.
Thanks Willi.
Susan: I’ve corrected it. I’m sorry about my original, incorrect, summary.
