Wow, this was the most comprehensive discussion on starting a gaming shop that I have ever been exposed to. As someone that is thinking about doing this (and has been for the last decade or so) it was invaluable.
I am interested in hearing what you guys think are the advantages and disadvantages of doing this on your own vs taking the Franchise route (like Hobbytown).
