WizKids this week announced the conclusion of a lawsuit against Tree House Kids for alleged infringement on its HeroClix trademark. The U.S. District Court in New Jersey issued a consent permanent injunction that bars Tree House from using the HEROICS name in connection with the company’s miniature superhero figures. Tree House can continue to produce the figures, which it now appears to be calling “ZERBOZ“.
ZERBOZ are 1 inch prepainted plastic, available in Marvel and DC sets, and sold in blind packaging.
